I would like to tell everyone how wonderful I have found the Enar and Scenar treatments to be, a recent injury may take only one treatment. I know many people who have been treated with great success.
It is wonderful to find someone like Elfie who cares about the person and will do anything to help you.

First of all I want to thank you for your help and encouragement and advice during the level one course of Reiki :-)
I found the entire experience completely uplifting and now I feel lighter and empowered, this is a feeling that I have never experienced before and it is a lovely way to be.
When I came home from the course I was faced with a moody and unapproachable teenager (my son), normally I would carry his burdens and thus we would get into arguments, but it wasn't like that...I was able to NOT take on his negative energy and after a while he knew that he was not getting anywhere with nitpicking so he stopped, every time he tried I gave him a hug.
We then sat and had a chat, some things he didn't want to talk about because we would once again get into an argument, not this time though, he actually asked me if I was 'testing' him on something and when I told him 'no' he was still baffled! :-) I told him that I was helping myself to help him. Our chat was (from my end) very quietly spoken, showed expression, but there was nothing but harmony and love. From his end, he was defensive for about 5 minutes and then stopped that because it wasn't working, there was no point being like that.
I think he was under the impression that an alien had kidnapped his mother and replaced her with a stranger!
He had a sore shoulder so I put into practice what you Elfie had taught me and it worked (I knew it would) but the best part of this for me was when I was finished my son opened up to me (this is something that he has not done for sometime now) and I feel like I have been blessed.
The rest of the family, my husband and 11 year old daughter could not believe the amazing change in me, I’ve always been a happy person...for others, not myself if that makes sense.
Friends and colleagues are saying the same things.
I now have a 'different' (for lack of a better word) view on things, it's hard to explain, but I LOVE IT!

I first met Elfie when I booked in for a reiki session which I found very relaxing and powerful. The warmth and energy I felt was amazing and the healing blanket which she wraps you in at the end is very soothing.

Elbow: Recent pain from a Tennis elbow. I gave it Reiki and drew a symbol on the bone of the elbow and the pain was gone by morning.
Groin: After one session of Reiki, the pain flared up and went altogether.
Mens problems: After twelve years of soreness and one or two weeks of self Reiki, 95% of the soreness in them went.
Cat: My cat has renal failure and had on-going loose bowels and a sore ear. His bowel and ear problems have cleared up with daily Reiki. His Health has improved a lot as well.
