In our workshop’s we might include meditation, breathing techniques, Reiki, Australian bush flower essences, crystal’s, affirmations, positive thinking, labyrinth walk, something for you to create and take home and lots of fun & laughter.
Each workshop is unique and some creative workshops might have an additional cost. We need a minimum of 4 people for our courses/workshops. All our workshops can be adjusted for children and special needs groups.
